Mehfil-e-Cacao
Journey inward with cacao and sound into softness, presence, and love.Held by Mama Cacao and sound, we soften into the heart.

Cacao
In a cacao ceremony, it's not just chocolate , it's medicine for the heart. Cacao is the source from where the chocolate comes. This ancient ritual, rooted in indigenous traditions, invites you to slow down, sip with intention, and listen to your soul. As the warm, rich cacao moves through your body, it opens the heart gently ,not forcefully softening grief, fear, or walls you didn’t know were there.
It’s not about getting high ,it’s about getting real. Real with your feelings, real with your truth. The cacao holds spce, like a loving friend, reminding you that your heart is still beating, still capable of deep love, still strong enoughh to heal. In that sacred circle, surrounded by silence, breath, or song, you remember: you are held, you are whole, and your heart knows the way.

Sound Immersion
Sound healing is like a warm hug for your soul. When you lie down and let the gentle sounds of singing bowls, chimes, or gongs wash over you, it feels like the world softens , even if just for a while. The vibrations reach deep inside, quieting the mind, relaxing the body, and comforting the heart.
In those moments, you don’t have to do anything , just be and relax. It’s a chance to breathe, to release, to feel safe. For some, it brings peace; for others, even tears , the kind that heal. Sound speaks where words can’t. And sometimes, that's exactly what we need.

Jeet
Jeet is a Sound Practitioner with expertise in Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gongs. His distinctive approach to Sound Healing sets him apart, inviting others into a profound journey of resonance and self-discovery. In sharing his path, Jeet conveys a deep perspective reminding us that much of the healing unfolds within the individual themselves. He believes the true magic lies in the synergy between the power of sound and the intention carried by the one receiving.
Alongside his sound work, Jeet has been exploring the wisdom of plant medicines, which continue to open him to deeper answers and truths about life. This journey has also led him to gently challenge societal conditioning — particularly the narrow view of a man’s role as only a provider. For Jeet, the path of a man is also to nurture, uplift, and contribute to the collective healing of society.
