In the midst of busy days and constant demands, taking a pause becomes an act of self-care and self-respect. This space is an invitation to slow down, breathe consciously, and return to yourself. Our intention is to create an environment where everyone feels calm, still, and deeply rested, safe to soften, release, and simply be. Through gentle breathwork, heart-to-heart connection, shared presence with others, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing, we create moments of calm that nourish the nervous system and restore inner balance. These practices support well-being by grounding the body, opening the heart, and reminding us that true healing often begins when we stop, listen, and allow ourselves to be fully present.

Breathwork for release and regulate
Breathwork helps the body slow down and feel safe again. When life feels overwhelming, the nervous system can stay in a constant state of stress. Through gentle and conscious breathing, we give the body a signal to relax. This allows built-up tension, emotions, and stress to soften and release. Over time, breathwork supports better emotional balance, clearer thinking, and a deeper connection to the body. It is a natural and accessible way to regulate the nervous system, helping us feel calmer, more grounded, and more at ease in daily life.
Breathwork proponents often suggest that practicing this method improves one's consciousness to a higher plane.
Put differently, it has the potential to transport you to a different state, which may appeal to those who feel stuck and unable to go forward in other ways. This sense of awakening can frequently be attained through catharsis.

Benefits Of Breathwork
The therapeutic benefits of breathwork for psychiatric conditions such as depression and anxiety is lacking. However, there is some evidence to suggest that it might be helpful for relaxation, stress relief, personal growth, or Self awareness.
Spending time in a trusting environment, focusing on deeper life concerns, learning how to support other people, trusting in your ability to heal yourself, and developing compassion are all potential benefits.

During breathwork, participants breathe rapidly and evenly to induce an altered state from which it is believed that a deeper understanding of oneself can be derived. Some describe this experience as a more intense form of meditation.



Sound Healing Immersion
Sound healing works by using soft, steady sounds and vibrations to support deep relaxation in the body and mind. When we are stressed, the nervous system stays active and alert. Gentle sounds such as singing bowls, chimes, or tones help slow brain activity and encourage the body to rest. The vibrations can be felt throughout the body, helping to release tension that may be held in muscles or tissues. As the mind becomes quieter, the breath naturally deepens and the nervous system begins to regulate itself. This creates a sense of safety, calm, and inner balance, allowing the body to reset and restore in a natural way.

Certain conditions warrant caution, and participation is generally not recommended for individuals with specific health concerns. Before exploring practices such as holotropic breathwork, it’s important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if any of the following apply to you:

Amana Kaur
Amana Kaur is a guide, a space holder, and a mirror for women on the edge of their becoming. Her work blends shadow alchemy, womb wisdom, and the sacred reunion of the inner feminine and masculine.
She holds a diploma in inner child healing and breathwork, has studied hypnotherapy, trained in women’s embodiment practices, and is currently deepening her craft through Somatic Experiencing. In her spaces, grief softens, rage moves, and pleasure returns to the body.This is not surface-level coaching, it is nervous system repair, soul retrieval, and sensual remembrance.A return to truth ,not the polished one, but the raw, holy, human one.

Known by the name Dhwani, Jeet is an IASH-certified Sound Practitioner with a deep-rooted mastery in Himalayan Singing Bowls.
What makes his work unique is the way he weaves Singing Bowls with Gongs and a rich palette of other instruments, creating immersive, transformative soundscapes.
Rather than claiming the role of a healer, Jeet sees himself as a catalyst—a guide who activates the journey, while the true alchemy unfolds through the resonance between sound and the seeker’s intention.
To him, sound is the sacred medium, but the magic lies in the synergy between vibration and willingness—where transformation becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
